Individualized preparation for the next generation of art school applicants.

Every year admissions grow more competitive, while what makes an applicant stand out gets more opaque. That's where I come in.

Meet Calil, your new coach.

Calil Arguedas-Russell, visual arts audition coach and founder of Et Tú Coaching

I’m here to take the guess-work out of your student’s application, by equipping them with the technical skills, conceptual rigor, and confidence to tackle any application process–all remotely and on your schedule!

  • "We are incredibly grateful for Calil and the dedication they showed while preparing Melania for the Dreyfoos High School art audition… Calil went above and beyond, investing significant time, patience, and care into guiding her through the specific skills needed to succeed… Most importantly, Calil truly believed in Melania, which helped her build both confidence and resilience throughout the process."

    –Sowania G.

  • "Calil assisted my child in preparing for a visual arts program audition. The growth we saw was exponential! From day one they took the time to ensure they understood my child’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. They provided individualized feedback and helped them focus their efforts to grow in skill and confidence!"

    –Janice B.

  • "[G.] got acceptance letters from SAIC, Antoinette Westphal at Drexel, MassArt so far and SCAD... we are definitely happy for her"

    Illiaria M.
